Rules

3.1. The "PocketBank.net" service provides services specified in Part 2 of this Agreement, provided that the User follows the provisions outlined in this Agreement. The procedure for providing these services is determined by the internal regulations of the "PocketBank.net" service, established by Part 5 of this Agreement.

3.2. The User pays for the services of the "PocketBank.net" service in accordance with the conditions established by this Agreement.

3.3. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of services for exchanging cryptocurrency between the User and the "PocketBank.net" service. The User transfers funds to the electronic wallet address specified by the service, and then receives the exchanged funds on their wallet.

3.4. The "PocketBank.net" service guarantees the safety of the User's personal data, compliance with confidentiality and security of the exchange.

3.5. This Agreement is the sole agreement between the User and the "PocketBank.net" service regarding the use of services provided by the "PocketBank.net" service and replaces all previous agreements and agreements explicitly or implicitly related to the services provided by the "PocketBank.net" service.
