Key security rules

• Please note: scammers may create Telegram bots, channels, and personal accounts with similar names, logos, and usernames. They may replace one letter, add a number or underscore, or use a character that looks almost identical to the original. Do not trust an account solely because it has a familiar PocketBank logo or name. Before starting a conversation or opening the Mini App, always compare the username with the official details in the table above.
• Never share your password, verification codes, two-factor authentication codes, backup codes, or codes received via Telegram, email, or SMS.
• Never share your seed phrase, private key, wallet backup file, or access to the device where your cryptocurrency assets are stored.
• Before sending funds, carefully verify the currency, blockchain network, wallet address, amount, bank details, and recipient’s name. Cryptocurrency transactions usually cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Do not follow links from private messages, comments, advertisements, or unofficial groups, even if the sender claims to be a PocketBank employee.
• Do not install remote access software, share your screen, or give control of your phone or computer to third parties or individuals claiming to be support employees.
