Rules

2.1. This provision specifies that the "PocketBank.net" service provides services for exchanging cryptocurrency of payment systems and others using banking institutions, the list of which is presented on the website.

2.2. According to this provision, the "PocketBank.net" service does not provide interbank exchange services and other banking operations.

2.3. The condition for conducting an exchange is the withdrawal of digital tokens by the User from their electronic wallet. In this case, the user must guarantee the legality of the sources of funds received, in accordance with the KYT (Know Your Transaction) policy.

2.4. The User must ensure that they are not involved in money laundering operations, do not receive income from any criminal and/or terrorist activities, do not receive income from trading with countries prohibited by international organizations, and do not receive income from any other illegal activities. This provision is intended to ensure compliance with the law and to prevent the legalization of income obtained through illegal means.

2.5. The User guarantees that they are not a citizen or tax resident of the United States of America. This provision is related to US tax laws, which require companies to report the income of foreign citizens and residents of the US obtained from US sources.

2.6. The "PocketBank.net" service reserves the right not to provide cryptocurrency exchange services to Users located in countries sanctioned by the United Nations Security Council Resolution, as well as in countries that are on the list of "sanctioned countries" (i.e. countries with which doing business is complicated due to international sanctions, restrictions, or other factors). The list of these countries is determined by the company in accordance with applicable legislative acts and international norms.
