Rules

4.1. The service "PocketBank.net" undertakes to:

4.1.1. Conduct conversion of digital currencies of online payment systems such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, PayPal, Wise, and others in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement; 4.1.2. Provide technical and informational support to Users in the process of conducting money transfers through the "PocketBank.net" service;

4.1.3. Not disclose information about transactions to third parties. Exceptions include the following cases:

• if a court has issued a relevant decision that has entered into force;

• if a request is received from official law enforcement agencies and financial monitoring institutions;

• when the management of partners (online payment systems) makes an inquiry.

4.1.4. Take into account information about discounts provided to Users;

4.1.5. Ensure that funds are credited to the User's account within three days after receiving a complaint in cases provided for by this Agreement. The complaint must be submitted in writing to the service's email address support@pocketbank.net and no other way.

4.2. The User is obliged to:

4.2.1. Provide accurate data and details to ensure timely money transfers;

4.2.2. Be the owner of the account from which the application is paid;

4.2.3. Provide proof of ownership of the account from which the application was paid upon request;

4.2.4. Provide accurate information about the email address used;

4.2.5. Ensure the possibility of receiving system notifications to their email address. Have access to the internet using a computer or other electronic computing devices;

4.2.6. Adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4.2.7. Notify the administration or support of the "PocketBank.net" service of all cases when the transferred amounts were not fully or partially transferred to the requisites specified by the User. The corresponding notification must be sent to the administration no later than one month after the funds were supposed to be received. If this condition is not met, disputed amounts are transferred to the disposal of the "PocketBank.net" service.

4.2.8. Comply with legislative acts regulating the rules for conducting exchange operations online.

4.2.9. Not to use various traffic boosting systems.

4.3. The "PocketBank.net" service has the right to:

4.3.1. Temporarily suspend operations for the purpose of upgrading the service or correcting errors affecting the website's performance.

4.3.2. Stop executing any exchange operation until the situation is clarified when competent authorities, the administration of the payment systems used on the website, or a User's complaint about fraudulent actions are addressed.

4.3.3. Establish discounts for exchange operations at its discretion.

4.3.4. Set the amount of commission payable for the exchange transaction.

4.3.5. Refuse potential Users its services without explaining the reasons for its actions.

4.3.6. Request information from the User, as well as a screenshot or video of the electronic wallet, confirming the exchange operation and transfer of funds to the requisites of the "PocketBank.net" service using email.

4.3.7. Terminate technical support for a User who uses inappropriate language, asks irrelevant questions, or fails to provide necessary information to the support team.

4.3.8. Block the execution of the exchange operation based on clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.7, and 5.9. 4.3.9. Block the execution of the exchange operation if fraudulent activities are suspected and demand documents confirming ownership of the account.

4.4. The "PocketBank.net" service provides services only for the exchange, purchase, and sale of electronic currencies. "PocketBank.net" in no way accepts payment on behalf of any third parties and prohibits exchange to wallets/accounts not owned by the User. "PocketBank.net" does not enter into any partnership agreements or contracts with payment recipients for its goods or services and is categorically against such relationships. "PocketBank.net" cannot be used as an intermediary service for settlements between a buyer and seller (client and performer, etc.).
