Rules

5.1. The exchange procedure begins after receiving funds from the User and is carried out within 72 hours. After this period, the User has the right to request a refund if the "PocketBank.net" service is unable to conduct the exchange.

5.1.1. If the funds from the User's application are not received within the time specified in the application, the application is automatically canceled. 5.1.2. The User may restore an automatically canceled application within 24 hours after its registration in the system.

5.2. The exchange is considered completed after transferring the funds to the requisites specified by the User.

5.3. The User cannot cancel an already initiated exchange.

5.4. In case the amount received from the User differs from the one specified in the application, the "PocketBank.net" service may suspend the exchange, and the application may become erroneous. The exchange for such an operation can only be made manually at the rate applicable at the time of application processing by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD) charged. 5.4.1. On the directions where a card number is issued for payment, if the User sends an amount different from the one specified in the application, the "PocketBank.net" service may suspend the exchange, and the funds may be lost.

5.5. In case the User specifies invalid or blocked requisites, the exchange is terminated. The application is placed in the "Erroneous" status. The User undertakes to provide all correct requisites to the service support with the application number and a screenshot confirming the transfer of funds to the requisites specified when the application was created. The exchange for such an operation can only be made manually at the rate applicable at the time of application processing by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD) charged.

5.6. The refund of funds to the User's account is made within two days after the User's request, only in case the "PocketBank.net" service cannot carry out the exchange. In this case, an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD) of the exchange amount is withheld, as well as a fixed commission of the payment system for the operation. Also, for refunds, there is a minimum possible amount for conducting refunds. In case the User demands a refund of an amount less than the regulation set, the User undertakes to send the missing funds to make a full refund. These measures are due to limitations of payment systems and exchanges used by the "PocketBank.net" service.

5.7. If the User changes the notes of the payment or pays the invoice from a third-party account, such operation may be blocked. Exchange for such operation can only be made manually at the exchange rate valid at the time of request processing by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

5.8. In case funds are received for a canceled request, the exchange will not be made automatically. In this case, exchange is possible only by contacting customer support manually at the exchange rate valid at the time of request processing by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

5.9. If the User paid for a request by making several transactions instead of one, such exchange will not be made automatically. Exchange in this case is possible only by contacting customer support. Exchange for such operation can only be made manually at the exchange rate valid at the time of request processing by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

5.10. When purchasing cryptocurrency using a bank card, the request must be paid within the time specified in the request. In case of unforeseen situations and expected delay of payment for more than an hour, the user is obliged to notify the Service through customer support. If the User does not notify the Service of the problem within 1 hour from the time the request was created, the Service reserves the right to suspend the exchange without refund.

5.11. In case the client receives Bitcoin cryptocurrency, the transaction confirmation (funds crediting) terms depend on the Bitcoin system itself. This process can take from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on the Bitcoin network load. The exchange service is not responsible for the speed of transaction processing and confirmations in the Bitcoin network.

5.12. By clicking on the "I have read and agree to the terms" button, the User confirms that he accepts all the terms of this Agreement.

5.13. In case funds are received to accounts or wallets owned by the "PocketBank.net" service without creating a request, on an expired or canceled request, while the sender of funds is unidentified or has not contacted the official email support@pocketbank.net within a month from the moment of funds crediting, then all funds go under the control of the "PocketBank.net" service.

5.14. In case of manual exchange with the involvement of the operator, the processing time for the request is up to 48 hours.
