9. Exchange Policy via Service Provider

User Agreement for Bank Transfers/Card transaction in EUR, USD, PLN, CZK, HUF, SEL Currency

Please carefully review this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before using our currency exchange services through our exchange platform. Conducting bank transfers in Euro currency through our company implies your agreement with the following terms and conditions.

1. Currency Exchange

1.1. Our company, IOOI Sp. z O.O., provides currency exchange services and performs bank transfers in Euro currency in accordance with the current exchange rates, which can be found on our website or provided through other available communication channels.

2. Company Details

2.1. When making bank transfers in Euro currency through our exchange platform, you agree to use the details provided by our company. For information about our company, including registration data, please refer to the following details:

3. Payment Processing

3.1. Payments made through bank transfers in Euro currency will be processed by our company as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by banks or other financial institutions.

3.2. Payment processing may take up to three working days from the receipt of funds into our bank accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. The user agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when making bank transfers through our exchange platform.

4.2. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding banking operations and currency exchange.

4.3. Before initiating a transaction, the user is required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to verify their identity and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

4.4. The user agrees to send and receive funds solely on their behalf and does not have the right to transact on behalf of third parties.

5. Limitations and Service Denial

5.1. Our company reserves the right to deny service to the user without providing reasons.

5.2. We also reserve the right to limit the maximum transaction amount or introduce other restrictions on the use of our services.

6. Liability

6.1. Our company is not liable for the loss of funds or any other damages incurred by the user as a result of using our services, except as provided by applicable laws.

7. Applicable Directions

7.1. This currency exchange policy applies to bank transfers in Euro currency but is not limited to:

- SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area)

- REVOLUT

- WISE (formerly known as TransferWise and Wise)

8. Changes and Updates

8.1. Our company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon their publication on our website.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of our services.

9.2. Our company reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cease service to the user without providing reasons.

10. Applicable Legislation

10.1. This agreement is governed by and based on the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our company.

By conducting bank transfers in Euro currency through our exchange platform, the user acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms of this user agreement.
