In recent days, Monobank has introduced new operational restrictions that affect the way payouts are made. To maintain stable and predictable transfers, we are updating the rules for this direction.

What’s changing for Monobank

• Payouts to Monobank are now made only by card number.

• Transfers by IBAN to Monobank are temporarily unavailable.

• Processing times and the level of security remain unchanged.

What remains the same

• Transfers to other banks via IBAN work as before.

• Exchange rates and the logic of sending to alternative directions remain unchanged, payouts are made to the account number (IBAN).

Why this is necessary

What to do now

1. Need a payout to Monobank -> provide the card number.

2. Have an account in another bank -> choose another direction and send via IBAN as before.
